• Negotiate contract and amenities included, such as; utilities, pool heating, housekeeping, linens + baby proofing etc.

• Arrange additional turnkey services, such as staffing; maid, butler, chef, yoga + gym instructors, beauty doctor, nanny, private drivers. Exercise equipment hire.

• Pre client check in; key retrieval, appliance check, fridge stocking and final walk through.  

• A representative to greet the client upon arrival at the property.
